1. Acceptance

By accessing or using riga-trip.com (the "Site") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site. These terms form a binding contract between you and Agence Xen (the "Publisher").

3. Nature of the content

All content (guides, itineraries, recommendations, tool outputs) is provided for general informational purposes about travel to Riga, Latvia and the Baltics. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, but:

  • Travel-related information (prices, opening hours, visa policies, transport schedules) can change without notice.
  • Activity availability, conditions and operators on third-party platforms may differ from descriptions on this Site.
  • Currency conversions, budget estimates and itinerary suggestions are indicative.

Always verify critical details (visa requirements, prices, safety advisories) with official sources — such as the Latvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the GetYourGuide booking platform — before booking or travelling.

4. Affiliate links

5. Third-party services and bookings

Bookings, payments and the delivery of any tour, activity or service are governed exclusively by the terms and conditions of the third-party provider (GetYourGuide, tour operator, etc.). We are not party to these contracts, do not handle payment, do not issue refunds, and bear no responsibility for the delivery, quality, cancellation or safety of any third-party service.

6. Intellectual property

All text content, images, design, code and trade dress on this Site are the exclusive property of Agence Xen (or used under licence). You may:

  • View, download and print pages for personal, non-commercial use;
  • Share short excerpts on social media with a link back to the source page.

You may NOT:

  • Reproduce, republish, scrape, mirror or redistribute substantial portions of content;
  • Use content for training machine-learning models without prior written agreement;
  • Strip or alter affiliate links or tracking parameters.

7. User conduct

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its hosting infrastructure;
  • Use automated tools to scrape content at a rate that may impair Site performance;

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

If any clause of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in full force.
